Instructions and recommendations:

  • Take 2 capsules “Day Care” with a large glass of water, during or just after your first meal of the day. Do not take them on an empty stomach: they are so concentrated in vitamins and minerals that an empty stomach will have difficulty assimilating them.
  • Take 2 “Night Care” capsules with a large glass of water after your evening meal.
  • If you are unable to swallow your capsules, you can also open them and pour their contents into yogurt or compote.
  • To benefit from the effects of the treatment, it is recommended to take it without interruption. A 6-month course is recommended to obtain optimal results. After 6 months of use, stop taking the treatment for 1 month.
  • Food supplements are not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle. Consumption should be limited to a few weeks or months.

    Hello Sir, Following your comment and keen to satisfy our customers as best as possible, we would like to know why you chose the Intense treatment. Are you suffering from baldness or was it to take care of your hair? Indeed, there are two reasons for more intense hair loss at the start of taking Krynéo Intense REPAIR. Either you did not have a problem with hair loss due to a hormonal problem (baldness) and taking the capsules disrupted the hormones and caused more intense hair loss, some people being more sensitive to taking plant extracts. In this case, you can continue the daily capsules which are vitamins, minerals and amino acids without problem. The other explanation for this greater drop with taking Krynéo is that you respond very well and quickly to taking Krynéo Intense. In this case, the loss is accelerated because of the new hair that grows and thus causes the hair already in the telogen phase to fall out. If you wish, we can also offer you a call with one of my scientific colleagues as soon as he returns from leave in order to look in more depth at the explanation of this greater drop.     Hello Madame Cornu, We sincerely regret that you did not achieve the expected results after a period of three months. Indeed, each person reacts differently to taking the treatment and sometimes it is poorly chosen because the Intense REPAIR treatments contain phytoestrogen plants which, if you do not have a problem initially, can cause problems in certain people.     I bought the Intense Repair treatment for my son who suffers from premature baldness. The results were encouraging, after a few weeks of use we noticed an improvement in the density of her hair, but it is not a miracle either. He continued to use the supplements for several months, and now he is seeing more visible results. He is pleased with these results, but acknowledges that it has been a gradual process.

    I'm 25 years old and I'm starting to lose hair on the top of my head. I took the treatment for 3 months and I noticed less loss and more texture. I renewed for another 3 months and my hair is growing back where as it was explained to me, the follicles are not dead

    After a first 3-month treatment of Krynéo, the time has come to take stock. 1st observation, my hair is much more resistant (as if it were thicker). 2nd observation, my hair had a tendency to flatten out. I had therefore become a big consumer of gel, lake, powder, etc... in order to try to make them last all day. That's over. My hairstyle holds its shape all day long. 3rd observation, regrowth began to appear after 3 or 4 weeks. Well, I have to be honest, it's not the Jackson Five's hairstyle yet, but it's not my goal either. In short, I am frankly amazed by the effectiveness. Do I recommend it? Yes, largely.
